As a teen, I worked at a gas station. School had me down. Didn’t read much. Rob Love was a customer – gave me copies of A Winter’s Tale, Swan Song & A Prayer for Owen Meany. I never really had the chance to thank you, Rob. You’re a big reason I’m a writer today.
